Performance Marketing Associate

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital acquisition activities via SEM, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing, and programmatic advertising
• Manage budgets to maximize KPIs while maintaining optimum CAC levels
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party trackers to achieve acquisition objectives
• Measure, report, and assess campaign performance against ROI and KPIs
• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
• Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
• Monitor campaign acquisition fraud and implement mitigation actions
• Execute A-B testing to optimize campaign and creative performance
• Suggest new digital channels for efficient user growth
• Handle landing page creation, CRO, Tag Manager, and Google Analytics

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing
• Experience managing in-house digital performance marketing at SaaS companies preferred
• Proficiency in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and Native Ads
• Experience managing Ad Networks for acquisition campaigns
• Basic understanding of organic acquisition and SEO
• Experience setting up tags and landing pages for tracking and campaign setup
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with a strong quantitative background
