Performance Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage external performance marketing agencies to ensure strategic alignment.
• Align digital media strategies with ecommerce business objectives for web and app channels.
• Monitor and optimize key performance indicators including ROAS, Revenue, CAC, Sessions, and Conversion Rate.
• Analyze digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce, CRM, BI, and Commercial teams to ensure an integrated full-funnel strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities in acquisition, conversion, and investment efficiency.
• Manage media plans, investments, pacing, and commercial results.
• Ensure best practices in measurement, tracking, and attribution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Ecommerce, or Digital Media.
• Experience managing or coordinating external performance agencies.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as GA4, Salesforce, Excel, and AppsFlyer.
• Analytical mindset with a strong focus on growth and revenue generation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with app performance or app growth campaigns.
• Knowledge of marketplaces and retail media.
• Background in retail, consumer goods, beauty, or high-volume ecommerce.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Looker Studio or Power BI.
