Responsibilities
- Run paid search and paid social end to end across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and emerging AI surfaces like ChatGPT
- Build agents and automations with Lovable to read performance, pace budgets, and flag issues
- Scale paid social through a steady supply of diversified creative assets
- Use DSPs (DV360, Criteo, or The Trade Desk) to extend into prospecting and retargeting
- Build and debug tracking systems including server-side/CAPI, pixels, cookies, and consent
- Write queries to judge channel performance on incrementality rather than just platform-reported ROAS
Requirements
- 7+ years running paid search and paid social
- Experience managing significant budgets across Google and Meta
- Proficiency with Microsoft Ads and at least one DSP (DV360, Criteo, or The Trade Desk)
- Experience building automations for reporting, budget pacing, or optimization
- Technical depth in data analytics, data engineering, or tracking and measurement
- Ability to build and debug tracking (server-side/CAPI, pixels, cookies, consent, and deduplication)
- Comfortable building AI agents and using AI in daily workflows
