Performance Marketer

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns to achieve client KPIs.
• Manage and optimize 6 to 7 figure ad budgets while maintaining consistent CPLs and CACs.
• Develop and implement tailored digital marketing funnel strategies to drive leads and sales.
• Perform continuous performance optimization through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and bidding strategy adjustments.
• Provide detailed performance reports and actionable data-driven insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to align campaign elements and creative development.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices within the Meta and Google Ads ecosystems.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of media buying experience, specifically within an agency environment.
• Proven track record of managing seven-figure advertising budgets.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Deep technical knowledge of Meta Business Manager, including pixel transfers, dataset creation, and account management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for campaign tracking.
• In-depth understanding of marketing funnels and conversion tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling coaches within the finance or occult niches (e.g., Astrology, Vastu, Numerology, Tarot).
• Strong understanding of attribution models and retargeting strategies.
