About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive business objectives and manage distributor performance within the Arkansas market to achieve sales and margin targets
- Manage the P&L, including trade spend, tactical, and T&E budgets
- Oversee local sales teams and work with distributor management to deliver performance goals
- Develop and implement on and off-premise annual plans and KPIs
- Execute pricing and promotional plans to drive DNSV growth across all segments and brands
- Conduct monthly performance and gap management assessments
- Lead spirits innovation planning, including forecasting and programming
Requirements
- 3-5 years of commercial experience
- Strong knowledge of financial metrics and P&L management
- Proven sales management experience, including exposure to key accounts
- Deep understanding of distributor operations within the beverage alcohol industry
- Experience managing both on-trade and off-trade channels
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
