Performance Management and Governance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and update dashboards and reports to monitor organizational performance
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify improvement opportunities to support decision-making
• Coordinate the follow-up of strategic projects, ensuring compliance with objectives and deadlines
• Track the periodic delivery of information and indicators from various departments
• Collaborate on the documentation, updating, and improvement of governance processes, policies, and guidelines
• Prepare executive analyses and reports to facilitate performance evaluation and strategic initiative progress

Requirements

• University degree in Actuarial Science, Engineering, Economics, Administration, Finance, Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis and performance indicators
• Experience in business intelligence and project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong skills in information analysis and report construction
• Ability to organize and track complex projects
