Performance & Growth Manager

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial objectives into a quarterly growth roadmap across paid, organic, and partnership channels
• Manage and develop a team of growth marketers, setting performance standards and fostering accountability
• Execute omnichannel paid strategies across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive patient acquisition and retention
• Build and maintain a robust tracking and measurement framework to ensure accurate attribution across the full funnel
• Own the performance marketing budget with a relentless focus on CAC, LTV, and ROAS
• Design and oversee lead nurture workflows across SMS, WhatsApp, and email to maximize conversion rates
• Partner with medical and content teams to build clinically accurate, conversion-focused creative assets
• Ensure all campaigns adhere to UAE healthcare advertising standards and platform policies

Requirements

• 5-8 years in Growth or Performance Marketing, with at least 2 years in a team management role
• Proven track record driving patient or consumer acquisition in Healthcare, Clinics, or HealthTech (ideally in UAE/GCC)
• Hands-on experience managing significant paid media budgets with direct accountability for performance
• Proficiency in Meta Business Suite (CAPI), Google Ads (PMax), and TikTok Ads Manager
• Expertise in GA4, CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), and Data Visualisation (Tableau/Mixpanel)
• Experience with WhatsApp Business, SMS platforms, and automated lead management workflows
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) to streamline content and research
