Performance Field Tech Representative

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, consumers, and the running community
• Plan and execute consumer events, promotions, and regional activations to increase brand awareness
• Deliver engaging brand and product training to retail associates, specifically focusing on Skechers RUN footwear
• Drive product trial and improve sell-through via grassroots events and retail presence
• Participate in sales conferences, trade shows, and special events as directed
• Coordinate with Sports Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align with brand initiatives

Requirements

• Experience in the running, sports, or athletic industry is highly required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to travel approximately 80% of the time
• Valid driver's license and a clear driving record
• Ability to lift and carry marketing materials, samples, and sample bags
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and solve problems independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Run Club athlete or active involvement within the running community
• Background in Marketing, Sales, or Retail
