Performance Expert

Responsibilities

• Instruct individuals in holistic approaches to strength, conditioning, and resilience to ensure physical and psychological durability.
• Conduct training intake, registration, and development of customized training plans.
• Prepare, tailor, and facilitate training events, including the production and distribution of all course materials.
• Assess training impact through surveys and provide detailed After-Action Reviews (AAR) and quarterly data analyses to leadership.
• Provide tailored educational programs and workshops to help personnel in demanding environments achieve personal and professional goals.
• Support the development of professional climates founded on mutual trust, cohesive teamwork, and effective communication skills.

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited institution in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Counseling Education, Coaching Education, or Kinesiology (with a specialized emphasis in sport and/or performance psychology).
• Proven teaching or coaching experience, preferably working with military and Department of Defense (DOD) personnel.
• Thorough knowledge of the Army organizational structure, mission objectives, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to complete initial instructor certifications to ensure effective delivery of lessons.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications or memberships such as the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP), Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), or American Board of Sport Psychology (ABSP).
