Performance Digital Marketing Leader

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute online media strategies to manage traffic and sales across brand.com and various marketplaces.
• Manage multi-channel marketing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and providing regular performance reports.
• Build and manage performance marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics across the full customer journey from ad exposure to conversion.
• Collaborate closely with online sales, content creators, designers, and global teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and brand alignment.
• Lead and mentor a team of digital marketers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Identify new growth opportunities, audience targeting strategies, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in digital marketing.
• 5 years of e-commerce experience specifically within brand.com environments.
• Deep knowledge of digital media metrics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Marketplace Ads.
• Proficiency in managing influencer marketing and social media platforms.
• Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and multitasking skills within a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with brand.com performance tools and Tableau.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing.
