Responsibilities

• Co-construct performance management by creating and updating dynamic dashboards (financial and non-financial KPIs)
• Ensure data reliability and monthly account accuracy by following management rules
• Support operational teams in understanding results and training them in management
• Contribute to budget cycles (Budget, Forecast, Plan) with various stakeholders
• Analyze the impact and profitability (ROI) of projects and investments
• Prepare financial communication materials for management and partners

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Management Control, or Audit
• Strong curiosity regarding business issues and financial indicators
• Natural rigor and organizational skills for data manipulation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to listen to field teams
• Analytical and synthesis skills to transform complex figures into clear presentations
• Proactive mindset for continuous improvement of management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or apprenticeship experience in accounting closing or budget construction
• Proficiency in office tools, specifically Google Sheets, for dashboard creation
• Ability to work autonomously and reactively in a collaborative environment
