Responsibilities

• Inform teams of their performance and guarantee proper understanding
• Create and update dashboards to track activity KPIs (daily, weekly & monthly)
• Guarantee data reliability and structuring in proximity with various teams
• Perform recurring performance analysis and animate stakeholders regarding variances
• Challenge corrective action plans and perform AdHoc analyses for decision-making
• Structure and animate the budget, forecast, and planning processes
• Participate in budget writing and forecasting in connection with stakeholders

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• At least 3 years of experience in management control within a retail environment
• Strong proficiency in office tools, specifically Google Sheets and Business Objects (BO)
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus
• Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex data
• Strong interpersonal skills to act as a business partner
