Performance Designer

Responsibilities

• Concept and design winning static ads and video ad visuals based on performance data trends
• Collaborate with Creative Strategists to research hypotheses and track profitable optimization tests
• Audit, design, and optimize landing pages, funnels, and CRO flows including listicles and advertorials
• Design collateral to support acquisition and retention across channels like Amazon and email
• Maintain research banks, swipe files, and customer journey maps using tools like Miro or Milanote
• Ensure all creative is high-quality, brand-consistent, and compliant with platform ad policies
• Integrate AI tools into workflows to scale creative production and automate winning formulas

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance design, growth creative, or related roles
• Proven track record of creating ads and funnels for 8-9 figure brands (portfolio required)
• Strong understanding of paid algorithm platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and performance metrics (CTR, CVR, LTV)
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, or Canva
• Knowledge of CRO, landing page design, and customer journey funnels
• Familiarity with AI creative tools like GPT, Midjourney, Runway, or Elevenlabs
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
