Performance Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and deliver key performance data elements to support operations in measuring and optimizing performance.
• Develop and implement operational models to drive efficiency across different areas and regions.
• Standardize and harmonize information to improve data consistency between global teams.
• Identify and propose data-driven opportunities to improve operational management and cycles.
• Build and maintain an operational Data Hub to power reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Manage the end-to-end data process, from requirement gathering to product maintenance and release.
• Create tailored reports for diverse audiences, ranging from operational teams to strategic leaders.

Requirements

• Systems Engineering degree or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in digital operations, process optimization, or similar roles.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Snowflake.
• Advanced English communication skills (conversational).
• Experience in data modeling and designing automated, dynamic datasets.
• Knowledge of statistical programming and data collection tools.
• Strong analytical, summary, and data presentation skills.
• Ability to work onsite in San Pedro Garza Garcia, NL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of trends in analytics, data products, and near real-time streaming.
• Experience coordinating with multicultural teams across different countries and contexts.
