Performance & Capability Partner

Responsibilities

• Lead G8's organisational listening strategy, including engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and lifecycle feedback.
• Analyse people and culture data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to leaders.
• Design and deliver initiatives that embed company purpose, values, and desired ways of working.
• Partner with leaders to enhance team experience, engagement, and organisational culture.
• Support organisational development initiatives to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to align culture initiatives with learning, talent, and performance strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in organisational development, culture, or capability.
• Experience managing employee listening programs and translating data into business outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and present meaningful insights.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to influence and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
• Experience leading projects and successfully embedding organisational change.
• Valid working with children check (or willingness to obtain one upon commencement).

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualifications in Organisational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline.
