Performance Campaign Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute performance marketing campaigns to maximize investment yield
• Develop, launch, and optimize programmatic campaigns against set targets
• Manage the full campaign life cycle from targeting strategy to reporting
• Use analytics for daily monitoring and optimization of reach, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Oversee programmatic (DSP) budgets to ensure alignment with business goals
• Leverage audience data and custom segments for precise targeting
• Troubleshoot targeting and traffic issues and reconcile discrepancies
• Present performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders
• Stay informed about Retail Media Advertising trends and DSP innovations

Requirements

• Diploma or advanced certificate in Media, Marketing, or Digital advertising
• 3+ years of digital campaign management experience with eCommerce performance optimization
• Expertise in ROI, ROAS, CPC, and bidding strategies
• Proficiency in Google Ads and auction-based platforms
• Experience with programmatic media buying and sales outcomes
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Amazon DSP or other relevant Demand Side Platforms
• Previous experience in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
