Performance Associate Director

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, and programmatic media
• Develop and manage annual media strategies and budgets, translating them into monthly plans
• Apply analytical logic to complex data sets to inform forecasting, pacing, and channel allocation
• Drive acquisition and revenue growth while optimizing CAC, ROAS, LTV, and funnel performance
• Lead programmatic strategy and execution, including DV360 and direct engagement with DSPs, SSPs, and premium publishers
• Oversee audience strategy, bidding frameworks, inventory selection, and measurement approaches
• Own performance reporting, dashboards, and insights across all channels
• Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and measurement across platforms and publishers
• Lead and develop high-performing performance marketing teams
• Operate as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth roles
• Deep expertise in paid media and programmatic buying at scale, including DV360
• Proven experience managing large, complex marketing budgets
• Strong understanding of attribution, experimentation, and media measurement
• Advanced analytical and data interpretation skills
