Performance and Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Senior Production Team, Medical Management, and Reduction Departments to ensure alignment with firm goals
• Analyze operational performance metrics to identify patterns and implement KPI-driven coaching
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and execute data-backed solutions to increase efficiency
• Develop custom action plans for team members to improve productivity and execution
• Partner with leadership to align department goals with firm strategy and drive high-impact initiatives
• Provide hands-on leadership and direct intervention to correct performance lags proactively

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, business intelligence, or performance-driven leadership
• Proven experience managing large teams, including 50+ indirect reports and 5+ direct reports
• Expertise in KPI management and data-driven process improvement in high-volume environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisive, data-backed decisions
• Fluency in English (Spanish preferred)
