Performance and Operations Director

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Senior Production Team, Medical Management, and Reduction Departments to ensure alignment with firm goals
• Analyze operational performance metrics to identify patterns and implement KPI-driven coaching
• Develop and execute custom action plans to optimize team productivity and efficiency
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement data-backed solutions to improve results
• Partner with leadership to align departmental goals with overall firm strategy
• Provide hands-on leadership and direct intervention to correct performance lags proactively

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operations management, business intelligence, or performance-driven leadership
• Proven experience managing large teams, including 50+ indirect reports and 5+ direct reports
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in KPI management and data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated track record of leading process improvements in high-volume environments
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred
