Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and scale performance and development programs from goal-setting through reviews and calibration
  • Build repeatable and flexible models to train managers on compliance, interviewing, and development
  • Own the selection and use of L&D platforms to track and report on training effectiveness
  • Partner with People Business Partners to identify manager skill gaps and translate them into scalable training content
  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Engineering to ensure program alignment with business objectives
  • Own performance and development policy design, interpretation, and compliance with labor and employment laws

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in people operations, HR generalist, or people program management
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management experience, specifically in performance management or L&D ownership
  • Proven track record of designing and scaling company-wide training or performance programs
  • Experience building tools and resources using technology to increase program efficiency
  • Strong program management background with process optimization skills
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, labor law, and compliance requirements
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-growth technology companies, particularly in automotive or autonomous vehicle industries
  • Experience scaling startups from early-stage to larger structures
  • Hands-on experience with LMS/L&D platforms and people analytics tools
  • Background in change management or organizational development
  • Experience working with large datasets
