Performance Analytics Product Development, AVP

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and create detailed product requirements, technical specifications, and Agile stories
• Define requirements for investment analytics, data models, and data mapping
• Develop product roadmaps, business cases, project objectives, and process flows
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Service Delivery teams to drive product rollout
• Define and maintain project schedules, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Support product testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), test cases, and test data
• Drive product readiness through release notes, documentation, training, and governance activities

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, specifically in investment performance reporting or product development
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or an equivalent field
• Strong skillset in quantitative methods and analytical solutions
• Experience with financial data modeling and mapping
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate consensus and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degrees in Finance or professional certifications such as CFA, CIPM, or CAIA
• Prior experience in Product Management, Change Management, or Consulting
• Knowledge of Performance Analytics concepts and applications
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools
• Experience using project management and documentation tools like Jira and Confluence
