PEP Process & Release Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Engineering Process (PEP) architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and governance across all engineering domains.
• Drive end-to-end PEP release management, including planning, stakeholder alignment, integration, and documentation.
• Align PEP with V-Model, ALM, and SIGNAVIO frameworks to ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Support process tailoring and optimization for project-specific needs while maintaining core standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional topics across Software, Hardware, Mechanical Design, System, and Architecture domains.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality to support audits and compliance.
• Establish feedback-driven improvement cycles by analyzing project feedback to implement process enhancements.
• Shape the toolchain by driving requirements for Methodpark Stages and aligning process evolution with tool development.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of experience in process management, PLM, or engineering environments.
• Proven experience with structured development frameworks such as V-Model and ASPICE.
• Strong understanding of process modeling tools, preferably Methodpark Stages.
• Knowledge of various engineering domains (SW, HW, MD, SYS) is highly desirable.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
