PEP Process & Release Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Engineering Process (PEP) architecture, ensuring consistency, scalability, and governance across all engineering domains.
• Drive end-to-end PEP release management, including planning, stakeholder alignment, integration, and documentation.
• Align PEP with V-Model, ALM, and SIGNAVIO frameworks to ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Support process tailoring and optimization for project-specific needs while driving continuous improvement based on project feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional topics across Software, Hardware, Mechanical Design, System, and Architecture domains.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality to support audits and compliance activities.
• Shape the engineering toolchain by driving requirements for Methodpark Stages and aligning process evolution with tool development.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a similar technical field.
• Several years of experience in process management, PLM, or engineering environments.
• Proven experience with structured development frameworks such as V-Model or ASPICE.
• Proficiency with process modeling tools (experience with Methodpark Stages is preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of various engineering domains including Software, Hardware, Mechanical Design, and Systems.
• Experience working within a global automotive manufacturing environment.
