PEP Coordinator, Programming Strategy & Operations

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and distribute MS NOW’s program schedules and all subsequent revisions
• Set up and manage metadata for MS NOW original series in internal systems and with external partners
• Publish daily episodes of MS NOW series to all digital and TV everywhere platforms
• Monitor TVE/VOD platforms to ensure successful publication and troubleshoot delays
• Create and distribute program schedules for FAST channels
• Collaborate with Global Media Operations, producers, Marketing, and PR teams
• Maintain and update scheduling documents used by the Program Strategy team
• Support CNBC initiatives and other ad hoc special projects

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in television planning, particularly live programming
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Slack, and Zoom
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime for breaking news
• Willingness to travel to Englewood Cliffs, NJ office on a weekly basis
• Awareness of the TV landscape and streaming platforms
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
