PeopleSoft Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage service and incidence requests for PeopleSoft and banking platforms
• Provide production support for delivered and custom modules
• Perform system maintenance including security, GL structure, auditing controls, and reporting templates
• Develop and support ad hoc and scheduled reports using nVision and Query
• Monitor interactions between various source systems and PeopleSoft
• Support daily, month-end, and year-end procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including SOX, SEC, FINRA, NFA, and CFTC
• Participate in system testing and ad hoc projects
• Provide on-call support and cover public holidays to support global resources

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• 2+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials systems
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft modules such as AP, EX, GL, AM, AR, and Billing
• Experience working with shift patterns and on-call requirements
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• General understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of IT Risk controls and principles
• Experience working in a regulated financial environment
• Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase
