PeopleSoft Integrator

Responsibilities

• Enhance, modify, and troubleshoot existing pension administration processes within PeopleSoft HCM
• Design and implement new pension calculations, estimates, and workflows
• Support and maintain customizations for pension legislation, tier structures, and union contract rules
• Configure pension rules including eligibility, service consolidation, vesting, and benefit formulas
• Support integration between PeopleSoft Pension Administration and other HCM modules or external applications
• Maintain and optimize converted legacy pension data
• Provide production support, issue resolution, testing, and documentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, actuaries, payroll, and IT teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics, or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Pensions Application Integrator and Support Analyst
• 10+ years of hands-on PeopleTools experience
• 10+ years of hands-on PeopleCode experience
• Proficiency with Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, XML, and BI Publisher
• Experience with COBOL

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker
• Experience with public sector or large unionized workforce pension systems
• Experience in highly customized PeopleSoft environments
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, audit support, and benefit modeling
