People Transformation Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business product owner for Scopely’s internal self-service capabilities and manage the product roadmap
• Define, prioritize, and evolve product enhancements based on employee needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Lead and manage cross-functional People Transformation projects with clear goals, timelines, and change management plans
• Partner with People Team functions to identify, build, test, and scale AI-enabled products and workflows
• Support AI upskilling and capability building across the People Team
• Act as a thought partner on technology, AI, and product thinking to improve People Team operations
• Build strong relationships across People, IT, GenAI, HR Technology, and Enterprise Technology teams
