People Transformation & Analytics Consultant

Responsibilities

• Translate People-led change into cost, scenario, and business-case narratives while tracking actuals vs. plan and budget.
• Run structured transformation processes, including as-is/to-be modeling, handoffs, controls, and data quality management.
• Partner with IT and Data teams on HR and finance system integrations, releases, and the responsible application of AI in people processes.
• Define and operationalize people metrics, dashboards, and data models to enable decision-making across workforce and performance initiatives.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-ready narratives using advanced analytics like scenario modeling and forecasting.
• Cascade people metrics to team and manager-level targets to reinforce routines that coach adoption and manage people risks.

Requirements

• Consultative presence with the ability to influence senior business and People stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Hands-on experience in organizational design and transformation delivery (structures, workforce models, and operating models).
• Strong financial literacy, including understanding cost drivers, P&L, business cases, and variance analysis.
• High level of technology and data literacy regarding systems, integrations, and data flows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL.
• Knowledge of logic programming, such as APIs or automation systems.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and solutions, including automation and AI tools.
