People Technology Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support People Technology projects from planning through execution
• Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and status reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of programs
• Manage bi-annual system releases and evaluate new functionality
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Support organizational change management through communications and training
• Partner with People, Finance, and Workday support teams on adoption strategies
• Track project risks, issues, and dependencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in project management, change management, or People Technology
• Experience coordinating technology implementations or system enhancements
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Workday or other HRIS platforms
• Exposure to organizational change management frameworks
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and metrics
• CAPM or progress toward PMP certification
• Experience in international or matrixed organizations
