People Technology and Analytics Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a global, multi-year product vision and roadmap for People systems, analytics, automation and development capabilities
• Align People products to company strategy and People priorities
• Own People systems as products with a focus on users, problems, outcomes and value realisation
• Lead structured discovery across People processes, systems and data flows
• Prioritise initiatives using impact, feasibility and scalability criteria
• Evaluate trends in People tech, analytics, automation and AI
• Act as a strategic partner to People functional leaders
• Lead the team in stakeholder engagements within HR, IT, Finance and external vendors
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of business/data analysts and developers
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Sociology, Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in HR technology, workforce analytics or process automation
• Proven track record of owning and evolving product roadmaps in complex, global environments
• Experience managing and mentoring employees in business analytics or technical roles
• Strong understanding of HR areas and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
• Advanced capability in product discovery, roadmap definition, and backlog management
• Solid knowledge of HR systems and analytics solutions
• Strong experience with BI platforms (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficiency in scripting, APIs and technical documentation
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
