About the role
Responsibilities
- Support and configure SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central, Position Management, workflows, notifications, and business rules
- Maintain Role-Based Permissions (RBP), user access provisioning, and security administration
- Provide second-level support and troubleshooting for SF Platform, EC, and Core HR related issues
- Support system upgrades, testing, validation, and production support activities
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements and support solution delivery
- Assist with process improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and employee experience
- Develop and maintain system and process documentation
- Support reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting activities using SuccessFactors reporting tools
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- SuccessFactors certification
- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors Joule and intelligent automation capabilities
