About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to candidates and hiring teams
- Manage candidate travel arrangements and reimbursement processes
- Support Recruiters to provide a high-quality candidate experience
- Maintain and update candidate records in Greenhouse
- Coordinate interview panels, including scheduling and calendar management
- Prepare and send candidate communications through Greenhouse
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure alignment on schedules and feedback timelines
- Support sourcing efforts through LinkedIn and other channels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or administration
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High discretion with sensitive and confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong relationship management skills
- Prior experience in a start-up, aerospace, or high-growth technical environment
- Proactive problem solver
