About the role

Responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve incoming tickets and emails regarding employment verifications, garnishments, IWOs, benefits, and life events
  • Process incoming mail including state agency notices, Workers Comp requests, and regulatory correspondence
  • Approve UKG notifications for direct deposit changes, team changes, and benefit elections
  • Address W2 issues, tax adjustments, and quarterly filings in coordination with payroll
  • Resolve UKG help requests including timecard and login issues
  • Process new-hire benefits approvals and life event documentation
  • Manage PT-to-FT benefit transitions and communications
  • Run recognition programs including new-hire boxes, baby gifts, and anniversary rewards
  • Maintain documentation and process cleanliness

Requirements

  • 1+ years of administrative, customer service, or operations experience
  • Experience managing high-volume inboxes or ticket queues
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems (UKG preferred) and Microsoft 365
  • Strong attention to detail and process discipline
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Professional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with employment verifications, garnishments, IWOs, or benefits administration
  • Experience with Freshservice or similar ticketing systems
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
