People & Talent Generalist

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, and active candidate sourcing.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate testing, and ensure a complete onboarding experience for new hires.
• Support performance evaluation processes and internal career development plans.
• Assist in labor management tasks such as drafting contracts, managing payroll operations, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to organizational culture by analyzing employee climate surveys and implementing engagement initiatives.
• Maintain updated candidate databases and manage relationships with universities and external providers.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a similar field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or people management.
• Knowledge of selection tools, job portals, and social media sourcing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

• Knowledge of labor management, including contracts, payroll, and basic labor legislation.
