About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles: posting jobs, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and scheduling until offer closure
  • Be the first point of contact for candidates and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines via university partnerships, career fairs, campus events, and early-career channels
  • Keep the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) accurate and up to date, and help report on recruiting metrics
  • Support ad-hoc talent sourcing for niche profiles and help draft job descriptions and process documentation
  • Contribute to improving recruiting processes, workflows, and templates
  • Work with HRBPs on strategic initiatives focused on company culture, learning & development, and retention
  • Pull and analyze department-specific metrics to identify insights and risks
  • Assist with company-wide talent cycles and organize data for performance, compensation, and feedback reviews
  • Help build and distribute toolkits and guides that enable team leads to develop their people

Requirements

  • BA or MA in Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Economics, or related field
  • Strong data analysis and Excel skills
  • Fluent English communication skills; German is a strong advantage
  • Open to leveraging AI tools and automating routine tasks
  • Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable juggling several tasks and deadlines
