About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the full hiring lifecycle, managing a team of recruiters while personally carrying key requisitions to meet aggressive headcount targets.
- Audit and evolve the recruiting tech stack, including the selection and implementation of ATS and sourcing tools.
- Define and champion the employer brand to attract top-tier technical talent.
- Modernize People operations by transitioning manual workflows into automated, scalable systems.
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline HR service delivery and improve data accuracy.
- Design competitive compensation philosophies, including equity, salary benchmarking, and benefits.
- Build high-signal performance review cycles and a "manager as coach" framework to support talent development.
- Manage employee relations, compliance, and the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, or People Operations.
- 5+ years of experience in people management.
- Proven experience working within high-growth technology environments.
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and automation to improve organizational efficiency.
- Strong systems thinking skills with a data-driven approach to solving ambiguity.
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.
