People & Talent Acquisition Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the full hiring lifecycle, managing a team of recruiters while personally carrying key requisitions to meet aggressive headcount targets.
• Audit and evolve the recruiting tech stack, including the selection and implementation of ATS and sourcing tools.
• Define and champion the employer brand to attract top-tier technical talent.
• Modernize People operations by transitioning manual workflows into automated, scalable systems.
• Leverage AI and automation to streamline HR service delivery and improve data accuracy.
• Design competitive compensation philosophies, including equity, salary benchmarking, and benefits.
• Build high-signal performance review cycles and a "manager as coach" framework to support talent development.
• Manage employee relations, compliance, and the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, or People Operations.
• 5+ years of experience in people management.
• Proven experience working within high-growth technology environments.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools and automation to improve organizational efficiency.
• Strong systems thinking skills with a data-driven approach to solving ambiguity.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco.
