People Systems Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the cross-functional People systems roadmap, including the design and management of a centralized intake and prioritization process.
• Translate business requirements into practical, innovative solutions and clear functional specifications for configuration teams.
• Partner with People Team stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and reports while ensuring data integrity and governance.
• Coordinate the implementation and management of People systems and related internal tools.
• Train end users and create instructional collateral for various target audiences.
• Support compliance activities by ensuring HR data and system configurations align with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Manage release cycles by analyzing new features and advising leadership on potential benefits and considerations.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in an HRIS, People technology, or related Program Management role.
• Proven experience with a major HCM platform and a deep understanding of core HR business processes.
• Demonstrated ability to own and deliver cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Strong project management expertise with the ability to resolve ambiguity and solve complex problems.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements and system specifications.
• Must be able to work flexible hours to ensure overlap with the U.S. Eastern time zone.

• Experience mentoring junior team members.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
