People Systems Lead

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and improve end-to-end People processes to identify inefficiencies and risks
• Redesign workflows to improve scalability and reduce manual effort through automation
• Operate and improve HRIS (HiBob) including configurations and workflow enhancements
• Own data accuracy across People systems to ensure compliance and audit readiness
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations including onboarding and offboarding
• Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries with a service-oriented approach

Requirements

• Experience in People Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR Operations in high-growth environments
• Strong systems thinking mindset with experience in process redesign and automation
• Working knowledge of HR systems, specifically HiBob or similar HRIS
• Proven experience supporting multi-country populations (US and Europe)
• High attention to detail regarding data accuracy and process quality
• Solid understanding of HR compliance and best practices
