People Systems & Automation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Map People processes end-to-end and identify automation opportunities
• Build and maintain a prioritized automation roadmap
• Own the People tech stack including HRIS, ATS, and onboarding tools
• Build integrations between systems using native connectors and automation tooling
• Implement AI-powered workflows to automate recurring tasks and reporting
• Maintain a single source of truth for People data and build self-serve dashboards
• Manage People tech vendor relationships, renewals, and ROI tracking

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience owning and improving systems and tooling
• Proven experience shipping automations
• Strong data modeling, cleaning, and presentation skills
• Experience working with People technology at a configuration and integration level
• Ability to work with ambiguity and drive projects without a predefined mandate

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Snowflake or similar data visualization tools
• Familiarity with tools like Rippling, Gusto, Ashby, CultureAmp, or Notion
• Ability to build custom integrations when gaps exist in native connectors
