People Support Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for Sales Assistant roles, including seasonal Christmas hiring campaigns
• Advertise vacancies, screen applications, and coordinate interviews with Store Managers
• Manage recruitment administration, including employment contracts, offers, onboarding documentation, and reference checks
• Partner with Talent Managers and Store Managers to achieve hiring timelines and Time to Fill (TTF) targets
• Maintain employee records and process contract variations and training records
• Provide administrative and project support to the People & Culture and Retail teams
• Complete weekly WorkCover payment calculations and related administration
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and promptly report hazards and incidents

Requirements

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage high-volume recruitment activities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism regarding confidential information
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); PageUp experience is highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
