About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, cross-functional People Strategy initiatives aligned with organizational transformation.
  • Identify systemic opportunities to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of HR infrastructure, including processes, data utilization, and technology.
  • Synthesize complex information and conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis to develop data-driven strategic options.
  • Design and implement operational improvements, standard frameworks, and best practices across multiple People Strategy domains.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, Finance, and Senior Business Leaders to drive alignment and gain buy-in for strategic recommendations.
  • Establish key metrics and tracking mechanisms to measure the impact of programs on strategic business outcomes and organizational performance.
  • Navigate ambiguous environments by managing competing priorities and developing comprehensive risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of progressive experience in HR Strategy, Management Consulting focused on HR/Organizational Transformation, or leading strategic initiatives in a complex corporate environment.
  • Proven track record of independently scoping, designing, and leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to completion.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying systemic operational challenges and implementing process improvements or infrastructure enhancements within an HR function.
  • Highly developed strategic thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Deep understanding of strategic HR principles and how talent models integrate to enable business strategy.
  • Expertise in change management strategy design and execution for major organizational changes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience defining or implementing HR technology strategy or large-scale HR system improvements.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
  • Consulting experience with a top-tier firm.
  • Specific expertise in Strategic Workforce Planning, Advanced HR Analytics, or Integrated Talent Management frameworks.
