People Services Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Vietnam People Services team, fostering a culture of data accuracy and customer-centricity.
• Execute a stabilization phase focusing on Workday and Cadena data accuracy, process optimization, and system improvements.
• Streamline operational responsibilities and consolidate People Services and Payroll functions.
• Support comprehensive audits and cleanup of historical employee data to ensure 100% integrity.
• Coordinate immigration processes for expatriates, including visas, work permits, and TRCs.
• Manage employee healthcare benefits, including insurance and health checkups.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and GDPR.
• Act as a senior point of contact for resolving complex Tier 2 People Services inquiries.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Operations or People Services.
• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Proficiency in Workday is required, with the ability to troubleshoot system and data issues.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labour Law, including local labor codes and social insurance regulations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive process improvements.
• Ability to act as both an individual contributor and a team leader during transformation phases.
