People Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain HR systems, employee master data, and organizational structures within SAP to ensure accuracy.
• Provide responsive advice and administrative support for HR activities, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc HR reports to support business decision-making and workforce insights.
• Coordinate purchasing and payment activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and ways of working to enhance the employee experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to resolve queries and provide high-quality support.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships across all levels.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience using, or a willingness to learn, HR systems and technology, specifically SAP.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to continuous process improvement.
