People Services Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the People Experience (PX) team in the ISEAM region to support business operations.
• Ensure timely, high-quality service delivery in compliance with global and local standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point to ensure service levels and operational standards are consistently met.
• Identify service gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives using data and insights.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and local PX teams to streamline processes and drive digital solution adoption.
• Manage selected PX processes including Service Desk, People Data, Total Reward & Benefits, On/Offboarding, and Time & Attendance.
• Build effective relationships with key stakeholders to support the ongoing PX transformation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience working within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services environment.
• Solid leadership experience managing mid-to-large-sized, multicultural teams.
• Strong background in HR operational processes and People Experience delivery.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience with HR digital tools (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors) is highly advantageous.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
