People Services Generalist

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end People Lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and job changes
• Manage benefits programs and billing reconciliation for prepaid medicine, life insurance, and food vouchers
• Provide employee support and advice via the case management platform in compliance with Service Level Agreements
• Maintain accurate personnel data files in digital and physical formats to ensure data integrity
• Support Workday system implementations, testing, and mass data uploads (EIB)
• Generate reporting and support internal, global, and governmental audits with required documentation
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to simplify HR processes

Requirements

• Progressive experience in People Services, HR operations, or HR support roles
• Proven experience with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM or similar HR platforms
• Proficiency with HR case management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Advanced English (C1) and Native or Advanced Spanish (C1)
• Strong attention to detail and a customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries
• Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proficiency in Portuguese
