People Services Generalist

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for priority and business-critical roles, defining success profiles and building proactive talent pipelines.
• Implement and enforce structured, competency-based interview processes and train hiring managers on disciplined evaluation.
• Manage the onboarding process, including the creation and tracking of 30-60-90 day plans to reduce ramp time.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to department leaders on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and retention risks.
• Act as a trusted resource for employee relations, performance management, and corrective action processes.
• Track and analyze recruiting and retention metrics to identify process bottlenecks and implement scalable improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong skills in structured interviewing and competency-based selection.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
• Experience managing onboarding programs and employee performance enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to handle employee relations and coach managers on performance management.
