People Services Advisor, EMEA

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming HR cases and ensure compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Oversee employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations
• Handle complex HR tasks, projects, and Tier 2 escalations while providing expert guidance
• Support HR operations activities, including reporting, documentation maintenance, and process improvements
• Coordinate talent acquisition activities and contribute to the training and development of HR team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Services or a similar role
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with HR systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, time management, and customer-service skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR practices and labor law
• Proficiency in additional European languages
