People Services Advisor

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of People Services in delivering an enhanced colleague experience across the entire employee lifecycle
• Assist with company-wide harmonisation plans, including terms, conditions, policies, and procedures
• Support the implementation of the People Plan and various people-related projects to optimise and digitise processes
• Act as a first point of access for policy, recruitment, and employee relations advice
• Manage colleague lifecycle activities including onboarding, query management, life events, and offboarding
• Create and manipulate reports to track metrics and improve performance across people indicators
• Support leaders with talent acquisition and assist with mergers and acquisitions projects
• Ensure legal requirements are met and risk and compliance are managed effectively

Requirements

• Experience working within a shared people services team, ideally in an international growth business
• Working knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law
• Proficiency in people systems and data management, including report creation
• Business or HR degree, or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in transformation and project support
• Currently working towards or willing to obtain a formal HR qualification
• Experience with employee engagement and SLA delivery
