People Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience
• Prepare and process new hire paperwork, including offer letters, I-9s, and employment documentation
• Process and verify background screenings and professional licensure to ensure compliance
• Partner with IT and hiring managers to coordinate system access and equipment setup
• Monitor license and certification expiration dates and notify employees of upcoming renewals
• Maintain accurate personnel records and compliance documentation
• Provide cross-functional support to People Services, Benefits, and Payroll teams
• Assist employees with People Services-related questions and requests
• Support employee data management within ADP and Workforce systems
• Assist with reporting, audits, and administrative projects as needed

Requirements

• Previous experience in onboarding, human resources, employee services, or administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS systems
• Healthcare industry experience
• Some college education
