People Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and operations
• Support resource management including personnel, equipment, and materials
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Assist in monitoring project budgets and tracking expenditures
• Prepare regular project status reports for senior management
• Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and external vendors
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field
• 3-7 years of project management experience
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Jira
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• PMP or CAPM certification
